To start with, I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation, so you can tell me a bit more about what’s going on for you, and so you can see if we’re a good fit. Once you’ve filled out the form below, I’ll get in touch to arrange a date and time for your initial phone consultation. These usually take place on Mondays and Thursdays, within 2-4 weeks of your first contact (subject to availability). If we both agree that we’d like to work together after that chat, you’ll be placed on my waiting list and I’ll let you know as and when capacity becomes available.

Sessions take place using an accessible, browser-based platform with secure, end-to-end encryption. Please note that I am currently only working with clients based in the UK and Ireland, even for online clients.
